Your whole organisation. One system. Total command.

Bespoke software that consolidates and automates how your organisation runs, and grows with you.

Sound familiar?

Sound familiar?

  • Critical updates buried in WhatsApp groups.
  • The same information entered in several places.
  • Key knowledge held by a single person.
  • Problems that surface only at month end.
  • Payments and follow-ups that rely on memory.

If you nodded at three or more, we should talk.

How I work

Five steps, from first visit to everyday use.

  1. 01

    Observe

I spend time with your team and see how the work really happens.

  2. 02

    Map

I write down where information is typed twice, chased by phone or lost, and give you the plan to keep.

  3. 03

    Build

I build one simple system around your existing routines, in small parts your team can try early.

  4. 04

    Train

I set it up with your team on the floor, so nobody is left figuring it out alone.

  5. 05

    Refine

We look at what has actually changed day to day, and keep improving it.

What I build

Three things, built to work together.

Software

One system for your daily operations: records, follow-ups and reports.

Website

A site that explains your business clearly and brings in enquiries.

Content

Posts and visuals that show your real work, not stock photos.

Build or buy?

Ready-made tools or built around you: where the money goes.

How you pay

Ready-made tools

Set-up and training first, then a fee per user, every month, with no end. Prices often rise at renewal.

Built around you

One project fee, agreed after the Floor Study and paid in stages as it is built. You own it.

How the cost changes over time

Ready-made tools

It keeps growing: every new person, every add-on and every price rise adds to it.

Built around you

Once it has settled, there is very little running cost, and adding people doesn’t mean a bigger bill.

What else you pay for

Ready-made tools

Add-ons, connectors, and staff time spent on workarounds.

Built around you

Little extra to make it fit, because it’s built around your routine.

Usually the better choice when

Ready-made tools

You need something running quickly, your team is small, your process is standard, or you only need it for a short time.

Built around you

You’re growing fast and want systems that keep pace with your ambition, you’ll rely on it for years, or your process doesn’t fit off-the-shelf tools.

The main risk

Ready-made tools

Price rises, and features moving to pricier plans.

Built around you

A bigger commitment early on, and it depends on being built well and looked after.

Your five years: ready-made tools, or built around you

Your numbers stay on your device.

Five years–

–about, over five years

Example with sample numbers. Add yours above.

How each approach tends to go illustration

Example with a team of 25.

How this is worked out

Your total is your headcount times your cost per person, with your yearly price rise. Renewals mostly rise 5% to 15% (Licenseware), and spend grows about 8% a year even with the same tools (Zylo). The remarks under your total judge high and low by what money buys locally: a dollar goes about four times further in India than in the US (World Bank).

The bars: audits of real business spreadsheets keep finding errors in most of them (Panko). The number of people-to-people links in a team grows roughly with the square of its size (Brooks), which is why patched-together tools strain faster than the team grows. Workers estimate they lose six or more hours a week to repetitive work (Smartsheet) and more than nine moving data by hand (Parseur). A built system is mostly paid early, then kept running at a smaller yearly cost, usually 15% to 20% of its price (Codestringers).

The shapes are mine, built from the direction of those findings, and the real size of each effect depends on the business. A quote is compared with your spend using the running cost you choose, which defaults to 15%. A Floor Study measures your own figures.

Want a straight answer on build or buy?

Send me your numbers and I’ll say honestly whether to build or buy, even if the answer is “buy”. I quote on the work, not on what you spend.

A 42-bed care facility in Bangalore · Web and Android

Heritage OS

One system for the whole care facility. It runs everything from admission to payroll, so the whole team works from one place.

Clinical care, pharmacy, billing, staff, kitchen, facilities, family updates and marketing all live in one system.

I spent time on the floor learning how the nurses, front desk and doctors actually work, and designed the system around those routines. My role: designed and built end to end

The best place to start

Start with a Floor Study.

A short, paid visit, on site or remotely where possible. I spend time with your team and give you a written plan and a quote. It’s yours to keep, whatever you decide.
